| Prime cutlets: Quick-cooking Wiener Schnitzel saves the day
There is nothing like a good pork cutlet, pounded into an escalope a scant quarter-inch thick, breaded and pan-fried to a crispy brown, so big its edges reach beyond the rim of a large dinner plate. All it needs then is a good squeeze of lemon. I was reminded of this not long ago on a trip to Germany. We had just gotten off a long flight from San Francisco to Munich and had taken a cab to a hotel in a residential suburb near where we were to pick up our leased car the next morning. There was nary a restaurant or market in sight. I felt desperate because I am never hungrier than when I finally escape the confines of a plane, make my way through baggage claim and customs, and burst into the open air. After we checked in, my husband and I dredged up long-unused German and asked the young man at the front desk where we might find a restaurant for abendessen, or dinner.
RAK Duty Free set to commence operations
RAK Duty Free (RDF) is all set to open duty-free shops in select top hotels in Ras Al Khaimah and also onboard RAK Airways flights. 'The RAK Duty Free shops will offer the tourists arriving in RAK an exciting new duty-free shopping experience, providing them an unparalleled collection of duty-free items and highest international retailing standards,' Archana, Manager, RAK Duty Free said. RAK Duty Free will open stores in the first phase at RAK's top hotels- the Al Hamra Fort Hotel and Al Hamra Village, Khatt Springs Hotel & SPA and Al Hamra Golf Club and Resorts by next month and on-board the three aircrafts of RAK Airways soon. The duty- free products would be offered exclusively to RAK hotel guests and flight passengers. The flagship shop of the company will be at the Dhs400m 7-star Al Hamra Palace Hotel which is scheduled for opening by mid-2008.

This is a "game-changing" piece of infrastructure. It has already proven its worth in the last few months with the east side open; however when fully operational in March, with access to Champions on the west side, the possibilities of new development are endless. When finished, you will certainly notice the city's first round-a-about between the interchange and Champions on Whitaker Parkway.Just opened is the 45th Street connection between Walnut and New Hope. This will most assuredly ease the congestion at the interchanges at New Hope Road and Walnut Street. Work should also finish soon on the bridge expansion on Horsebarn Road, where it intersects with New Hope Road. We are still plagued by congestion in that area, but very soon that will be behind us. The current widening of the Pleasant Grove Overpass to six lanes, and the widening of the Olive Street Overpass to begin later this year are both critical to the enhancement of traffic movement in these busy areas of Rogers.Other milestone achievements in 2007 included the completion of the new water transmission line serving the City of Bentonville.

Doing it in the name of the 2nd Amendment allusion to a "well armed militia" is a perversion. I fear the Minutemen more than the illegal immigrant , for they are misguided, hot blooded, and they have guns.
